Excellent professional service! I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Dr Shahina Shaikh who applied a very thorough and step by step approach to my recovery after a very bad back injury. She is very patient and always explains the reason behind the therapy, focusing on feeling better in the long run. The hours are convenient and the staff at reception always pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Next Step Physio, a place that is able to accommodate and heal all kinds of people and issues. I have been going to this clinic for physio over the last couple months and I have zero complaints. The front desk staff and Shahina, the physiotherapist, are great. Shahina is very thorough in her assessments and provides great care. She is very personable and hard working. I highly recommend seeing her if you require physiotherapy.

Highly recommend Shahina! While she provides you with professional and exceptional physiotherapy, her practice also demonstrates excellent holistic care. It's like having a personal trainer, psychologist, physiotherapist, cheer-leader, nutritionist and nurse all in one! The friendly office staff are professional and efficient. Next step is an excellent physiotherapy clinic. I went here for physiotherapy for chronic lower back pain, the therapist did an excellent job in helping me gain my flexibility back and recover. I had a fantastic experience here and my physiotherapist was Shahina . She is a thorough professional and my condition improved drastically by working with her.
