I was in the process of purchasing a new home when the realization of needing house insurance prior to closing kicked in. Clement was very quick to respond and helped us with answering all our questions. He even offered to help save us some money by bundling our other insurances together. Had a pleasant experience working with this agency. Dita passed on my initial query to Clement Lau quickly, and Clement himself was extremely responsive and helpful.
Clement took the time to explain the technicalities of protection add-ons and their value. He stayed patient and customer-centric throughout. Every now and then he'd check in on me since I would disappear - he was more on top of the situation than I was! (In good humour, they were aptly timed reminders for me.)
Overall, quite a positive experience and I would be happy to recommend them to friends and family, Clement especially.
