Welcome to our website, we are here to help you have less suffering and a better life! I was born and raised in Burnaby and lived my teen years in Surrey. While there, I became interested in fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition which led to an intense interest in the human body and how it works.

I then got to work getting my "pre med" courses for Chiropractic College and spent 4 years in Toronto at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College graduating with my Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1987.I have practiced in Port Coquitlam since 1989 and love the people and community here. I am well versed in a variety of approaches, some more traditional and some very gentle low force techniques.
