We will work hard to provide a partnership between you and your pet and our veterinary health care team. Informed, current and ethical care is extended to all of our clients and their pets. We will honour the practice of veterinary medicine with our professionalism, courtesy and respect of people for their pets, staff members and other veterinarians.
Alternately, send us your email and we can email you the specific forms you will need to read through before coming in for surgery if your pet is scheduled. This let's us record our pet and owners into our management software to start a file so that we can book an appointment for your pet. It is not mandatory but will help ensure accurate information.

We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.
1. Payment is expected in full at time of visit and when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill or have payment installment plan options. We request payment over phone, but can do tap at door or pin entry at door if necessary.
All dogs in Ontario should receive the DA2PP vaccine (core vaccines), the rabies vaccine (mandatory by provincial legislation) and depending on your puppy/dog's lifestyle some or all of the non-core vaccines. All pets should have at least one annual physical exam, often coupled with preventative deworming and wellness blood testing as they get older.

My dog is a pomeranian and i took him to get a pimple on his back looked at. They took my dog into the back room where I wasn’t allowed to follow and they shaved a massive patch of hair off his back without telling me they were going to do it. My dog’s beautiful fur has never grown back and it’s been well over a year, maybe even two. I would never take another animal here, plus I always hear yelping and crying from the dogs when they take them to the back, its so sad.

We're never coming to here again, as our dog was near death, he got stung by a bee and is very allergic. We called them as they were the closet place open once we get there and we see the pet hospital sign we felt relief but when we called to get him in the said the animal hospital is appointment only and told us to go to one a hour and a half away,. I am not impressed at all there sign is misleading and my dog had to suffer longer then needed they didn't recommend any ways to help him, but his shortness of breath couldn't wait an hour. Remeber they don't care about the animals just the business

New to Milton, this place welcomed us with open arms. Took in our 8 week old pup Penny to have a check up 24 hours after adopting her. They assessed her almost immediately, and advised us of all the things we need to do to keep her healthy. Doctor and staff is super knowledgeable. This will be Penny’s forever animal facility. Price is also super affordable.

My 9 year old dog was scheduled for teeth cleaning. This Vet stated the dog would have to be put to sleep for the cleaning. However, he had a heart murmur. The vet stated my dog will need to be tested first by a specialist in the field to see if my dog would survive being put under. the cost for the test was $600.00. I asked what if the specialist does not approve this, then what? the vet muttered "oh we have stuff here to clean" but would not elaborate. He then said we can skip the test but it would then be in GODS hands! Seriously!? I will not be back! After several visits prior I have come to

Still the Best and most knowledgeable Veterinarian in Milton. His staff are compassionate and treat each animal like their own family member. I would never trust my dog or cat to anyone else. If you are new to Milton or to pet ownership, I highly recommend this clinic for quality of service, competitive prices and fantastic location (lots of parking and easy to access at the corner of Bronte and Derry.) Give them a call, you won't regret it!

After trying other vets in our lifetime, so many use the angle of they are part of your family and dont you want to do all you can for them? It was great to find this place! We own a German Shepherd who got ill and wouldnt eat, along with the worst smelling diarhea ever! The staff fit us in when no other dogs would be there as ours is very protective. After the exam the dr. told us what options to take, never selling us on any of them. Told us cost up front, and left it up to us. We have gone here for years now and highly recommend this office. After our cat passed away they sent us a card! Never

I just started taking my dog here after moving to Milton. The receptionists are extremely polite and they call you the next day even after regular shots to see how your pet is doing. The vet is knowledgeable and doesn't seem to try and upsell everything as I've noticed with some in the past. We've had no problem getting appointments either and they have very flexible hours.
