Its was great until... my basement was flooded. I contacted the owner who said he will fix his wrongs, from a job that was not finished. This flood happened in june we are now in november. I have called every week and to this day.... no one has returned my call, only to hear johnothan will call you. Now i am left to repair my home at a costly price. I was not asking for world just to pay for the damage,Not a good experience after all.

For the amount this company charges you would think that they would have registered or lisenced employees working for them but this is not the case. No permits on projects and a lack of health and safety. Paying $185 for uneducated people to show up to your door seems a little bit like robbery; and this is just for the first hour of work.

When I was still working in the Property Management field, they were fantastic. No problem coming out at last minute for me. This team is very efficient, punctual, and professional. In addition, they possess superior troubleshooting and repair skills, and had no problem taking the extra time to explain everything and anything in full to me. They are also very cost efficient and I would recommend them to everyone !
