Sima was amazing from start to finish. We had messaged regarding what I wanted prior to the appointment. I have never done anything to my hair before so I was very nervous and almost didn't end up going. She reassured me and was very attentive the entire time. I ended up having a caramel Balayage done.
I really wanted something subtle and to be honest I was shocked by how nice my hair turned out. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality too. Your passion shows in the work you do! Merry Christmas and Happy New years :)

Sima is the greatest! I've been seeing her for the last 3 years and my experience has been nothing but phenomenal every time I went in with hair trouble. She takes her time and enjoys what she does. She gives… me her honest opinion about my hair. Today, I went from a box jet black to ash blonde balyage on black..I was mind blown to see how beautiful my hair looked. All thanks to you Sima!! 😘

After a few weeks of salon searching, I decided to go to FY Markham as their ratings, prices and client comments seemed great.
