Succeeding by Helping Others Succeed has been Shindico's mission since our formation. Growing up in Portage la Prairie, Sandy and Robert Shindleman learned the importance of providing excellent service to others. Shindico's mission statement was born as a result of everything the Shindleman family did, whether it was their role in the grocery, livestock or food processing industries.
Shindico's origins began in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba where the company's President, Sandy Shindleman, and Vice President, Robert Shindleman were raised. They decided to pursue commercial real estate. Sandy incorporated Shindico and eventually moved operations to Winnipeg. Sandy's CCIM education was a great springboard to the growth we now enjoy.

I began renting with Shindico in December 2019. When the pandemic hit in 2020 they were able to work with me and my reduced income and create a rental plan that worked for both of us. Helen was extremely professional and accommodating, and the caretaker of the building (Tim) was just wonderful. When I decided to leave the building after all due to a cross province move, they were understanding and accommodating. I would rent from them again.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Working with shindico tough for renting, their price is for everything is much higher than market may be ok for initialy for lease but after lease everything set up for your commercial property for you are not moving after 5 year and their price goes double for rent.
