I am so disappointed!
I called this compony 2 times because I needed a technician to service a plotter, and they gave me different prices each time.
I talked to my boss and got back to them to confirm the last price that they said, obviously I asked the last price to check if it does not change again! and the person on the phone (who was a man) was so rude to me and said that I am wasting his time!!!
I asked him to respect their clients, but he told me that he feels offended and he doesn't want to do the service for me anymore!
I Never had such experience before!

Nobody likes having issues or having a repairman come to your workplace. Its annoying and frustrating when things just don't work.
Having said that, you'll probably have to have a technician or repairman come at some point. My experience with Lasercorp staff was exemplary. I won't go into excruciating detail, but I've never had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. I don't know if its a testament to the day I was having but the experience was pleasurable from beginning to end.
