We provide treatments for all musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions and degenerative diseases. We combine physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage therapy, rehabilitative exercises to maximize the result of the interventions and help you achieve the best experiences in medical rehabilitation.
Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Acupuncture for Motor Vehicle Accident claims will be billed directly to insurance companies. No charges to patients. All extended health insurance plans cover Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy, some also cover Acupuncture.
Before your first visit, we will work with you to thoroughly understand your coverage, benefits and limitations so that we are fully informed of any out-of-pocket costs (including deductibles) upfront.For those without insurance coverage, we offer affordable rates. I want to share the great experience I had with iBalance. I was looking to bring a family member who was suffering from a lot of leg pain to a physiotherapist who could communicate in the same language. (This family member had previously gone to a different clinic for several months with no improvements.) Right from the booking experience at iBalance, the staff was so helpful and efficient and assured me that they could accomodate this language barrier. I called so many places but everyone was over booked. iBalance was the only place that was able to provide me a last minute appointment. I am getting massage from Vanessa Guppy and acupuncture from Matthew Liu. They are very knowledgeable as they were able to diagnose my issues and treat me effectively. I feel like I found the best place ever. The staff members are the cherry on top of the cake. This place is just amazing! I highly recommend iBalance to anyone who is looking to change their life.

I was treated by Bharat and he was very kind and so efficient. I only took 2 sessions now but the pain and swelling are gone.i can not thank him enough for working so hard to let me walk again. The place is so clean and quiet, receptionist is so nice and welcoming, not to mention the nice soothing music they play.i highly recommend this place.

IBalance was able to book me in last minute/ same day request for long over due massage therapy to help reduce strain and tightness in my back, neck, shoulder and legs. RMT Cindy provided great care and attention to relieve so much tightness in my back. Deep tissue massaged felt vigorous & healing & very therapeutic and relaxing to my neck and feet. iBalance & Cindy helped me so much. Great location in Barrhaven and easy to book. I will book again! Today I had my first assessment with Sonja at iBalance Physiotherapy, Sports & Wellness Centre. Sonja was amazing and I think the best physiotherapist I have ever been treated by. She was professional, very knowledgable and did a very thorough assessment of my chronic TMJ issues. The clinic staff was also professional and friendly and the space itself is very clean, warm and inviting. I am very much looking forward to continuing my treatment there. I am also confident that Sonja will help me find relief to this ongoing issue.

I highly recommend iBalance to anyone that is looking for a physiotherapist. I have been treated by both Yao and Sonia for different situations and they are both very thorough, understanding and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are very professional and accommodating, as well the office is very modern, clean and relaxing.

Sonia is the best Physiotherapist in town! I have been to multiple other Physio places in Ottawa with no results, however Sonia was able to identify exactly what was wrong and create a plan for me. She is professional and understands and explains why something is certain way. I would 100% recommend this place. The staff are all extremely nice and clearly care of their clients.
