We stopped here on the way for tea and snacks during their peak service time and were blown away by the customer service - very friendly and caring. The staff was also super fun. i think this was a family run business so glad to support them during this time. Enjoyed the chai and food and would definitely stop here again

Food late, small portions and mains did not include rice but instead of goodwill gesture for being late they still demanded the money for the boiled rice (£3.50 per portion) even though it costs pennies to the restaurant! I am a UK citizen that eats Indian meals regularly up and down the country so am very aware of portion sizes, costs and how much a 20Kg sack of rice is from a wholesaler!

Love this place still the best Indian takeaway in St John’s Wood!!!We have been ordering takeaways from Classic Indian Cuisine at least once week, We love ordering from this place! More often than not the food is delivered earlier than the estimated arrival time, it's always hot and taste fresh, and quality of food is superb.
Green Masala and Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi so delicious, I wouldn't go anywhere else it's amazing, full of flavour and very decent portions.
Also they have good food hygiene rating compared to others in the area.

I love this place! It's the only place we go for Indian food in Kilburn and you can't beat it on quality, customer service and price. The team are really friendly and the food is delicious! It is dangerous having this place underneath my flat but I'm looking forward to the next one already!

I don't usually write reviews but after hearing good things from my friends about this place I thought I would check it out.
Incredibly awesome quality food cooked to perfection and food portions are very generous, especially at an affordable price.
Also the delivery was prompt, a very courteous delivery man and I’ll be happy to recommend to others!! 👌👌👌

I love this spot! They give first-cleass dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that place is an expert, I love a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, the service towards the visitors is good. I often eat in this place and I was never unhappy. Highly recommended.

Amazing food !real flavours! Loved it! I have being ordering takeaways from Classic over a year now, food quality and service is very consistent. Another reason I like ordering takeaways from them I'm very conscious of food hygiene and Classic has a good food hygiene rating which you rarely find in other restaurants in

Still this place is unbeatable and best curry house in the area!!!
I ordered many times from this place one of the best and consistent Indian takeaways in St Johns Wood their food is exquisitely delicious. I have also tried other Indian Cuisines in the area, what distinguishes them from others is the food which always tastes fresh and flavoursome. Greater size portions and every dish is cooked with very little oil and to perfection, very rare you will find that in an Indian restaurant. My family has been ordering takeaways from this place over 20 years now and still good as ever.

Not a Classic form any angle.
Order kingfisher beer from manu, they don't have. Got Cheetah. From manu so for masala vada. They don't have so end up with onion Bhajia and I find inner stufing was raw.
Order masala dosa, was ok......
Over price for everything also..
I won't go back this place.....

Whatever you do, do not order for delivery, 1 hour and 26 minutes later I called and was told the driver is on his way.... to the restaurant to get our order.... we have been customers for 17 years and delivery gets slower and slower... and this place is not cheap. We are done with them.... last straw... back is now broken.

Food is excellent, service is terrible. I ordered lamb with rice, and I had to remind the waiter about rice 3 times. These people simply don't give a shoot, so be prepared - it's really an experience.

Far and away the best Indian food in the region. Amazingly complex flavours. And if you're vegan, you'll be in heaven. The owners are very aware and accomodating.

We stayed for a week in London Marriott Hotel in Maida Vale and we ordered takeaways three times from Classic.
The food was delicious and very authentic. The flavours of the foods are amazing, portion size were big, best Indian food we had in London and look forward to ordering more takeaways when we returned in Summer!!!
Only disappointment is you can't dine in they only serve takeaways.

Incredibly awesome food, we moved into this area recently and tried quite a few Indian Takeaways in the area, and this place is by far the best, every dish was perfectly spiced and cooked to perfection.
The quality is superb and service is very consistent and they used top quality packaging to deliver the food.
A simply excellent curry house, I am very impressed. Many thanks and I will be ordering again.

Love their curry but holy hell does delivery take long! Twice now I've had to wait an hour and a half for what was supposed to take 45min.. and it's still not here!

So I had to edit my review and drop another star. Called my driver and he's coming from Kitchener and asking me for directions. Excuse me? Why is my food an hour late and coming from Kitchener when yo our restaurant is on wissler?

Am very upset.

This is bland Indian food, sweetened and tamed for the Canadian palate. The buffet had a nice selection, and the decor is pleasant, but the food had no oomph to it. I guess if you want your Indian food to be devoid of chili or ginger or cilantro or really anything with a kick, you could come here, but there are definitely better Indian places in KW.

Had the Friday night Buffet. Always very good. They brought a Dosa, and some Parantha and Chapatis to the table which was nice. So many great chutneys to add to your plate. Their Bhaji are legendary. Had a little bit of everything, it's all so good.

Food is far from being Indian, no flavor, no spice. Customised to local demand. Dosas and sambar are ok though.

I love Indian food. I've had some amazing homemade Indian cuisine. In general, I've rarely had Indian food restaurant that compared to homemade Indian food.

From the outside, it looks like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. I usually take this to be a good sign of quality food. Unfortunately, when I step in, the attention to interior decor, furnishings, and even the silverware is astonishing. The buffet has gleaming chrome, the kind that I usually see at 5 star hotel buffets. The table water is served in beautiful steel cylinder carafes. The cutlery was heavy, more befitting a major

Has a great selection of foods for buffet that can cater to vegetarians and non-veg alike including standard dishes like paneer, naan and channa but also had unique dishes like indian-chinese, lamb and beef.

It's a buffet and it's pricey, but it's yummy! You can also order from their menu, and they're great about accommodating vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. The place is small but cozy, and the girl at the cash is super friendly.

Had their dinner buffet, which is $16.99. They also do lunch buffet for $11.50. There's about 12 dishes daily with good variety, served in hot trays. Pretty delicious, although I don't think I've had enough Indian food to tell apart quality. They have red tea on the side, as well as delicious Indian ice cream called Kulfi.

Apparently they get pretty busy during weekday lunches due to nearby offices, but it isn't as bad on weekends.

I am thoroughly impressed by their interior design. Beautiful and comfortable. Their dish ware is also very unique. I'd come again.

This was my very first experience of Indian cuisine and afterward I was hooked. This is a pretty small restaurant tucked away on a side street behind Conestoga Mall, so you can very easily pass by without knowing its there. It doesn't look like anything fancy, but what an experience this place was!

I don't think I quite realized how spicy Indian food can get, but this experience certainly taught me well! What I really liked about this place is how they offer a buffet. While buffets can be very hit and miss, this one was a hit! As my first experience eating Indian food I very much appreciated
