CMEL is a consulting firm specializing in Capital Planning, Purchase and Sale Due Diligence and various other services in support of Real Property transactions and sustainability.
Capital Management Engineering Limited (CMEL) is currently seeking an Engineer or Architect to join our dynamic team in our Halifax office. The successful candidate will have some experience in completing property condition assessments or have a background building science / construction.

The position will involve working with the existing team members in conducting building assessments, reporting on building systems, and completing capital plans.Experience in Property Condition Assessments (PCA) or equivalent experience with building systems or construction. Excellent report writing skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
With our head office in Halifax, Nova Scotia and offices in Oakville, Ontario and Fredericton, New Brunswick we are well suited for working throughout Canada. We typically work in all Provinces in any twelve month period and have a history of working in the Territories and the Northeastern United States.
