Great multidisciplinary clinic. Outstanding management and service. They provide high quality multifaceted treatments. I had tried a few clinics before I found HBP. Though I have to drive 40 km it totally worths it. I would highly recommend Siarhei Cheshyk if you are looking for osteopathic treatment. He is very knowledgeable, very experienced and very personable. He is an excellent specialist who is determined to help you.

I've been seeing Dr Paul for about 2 weeks now with really bad lower back pain. The kind where your back locks up after sitting down for too long. My family doctor wrote my pain off as just a flare up that happens with old age, but Dr Paul was able to straighten me out and relieve a lot of the pain in just our first session! He's amazing and I'm definitely going to continue using these services until I'm right as rain!

Always a great experience at Humber Bay Physio -
Recently, i completed physiotherapy for my knee with Thomas and he took very great care of me. Very knowledgeable and helped me create a plan to get back to playing basketball. Not only did he help me understand the recovery process but also helped me create a viable plan for when I am back to playing. I really appreciated his availability and knowledge! Highly recommend him!

I moved to the area about a year ago and was looking for a new osteopath. From working from home this past year, and with gyms not being open majority of the time, my lower back and neck started to really bother me, and was dealing with daily headaches. Within my first treatment with Siarhei, I started to feel a lot better. He also has given me stretches to do at home on a daily basis and tips on what do on days that I have to sit in front of the computer for long hours.

I am so happy I found Humber Bay Physio. The staff is very professional and welcoming. They make of your visit a good relaxing experience. Dr. Bilchenko treated me for scoliosis. He explained to me what could be done for my specific needs and we went through a series of exercises that would help me with my condition. Great professional, awesome service and happy staff. I definitely recommend them, a place worth checking out.

Tearing my back doing a deadlift on Saturday, I was disappointed in myself thinking I wouldn't be able to see anyone until Monday since it was Sunday. By some miracle, Humber Bay Physio was open on Sunday and took me in as an emergency after they closed....wow. Never have I come across an establishment with that much dedication and perseverance just to help someone out.
During the assessment and treatment, Dr. Rostyslav Bilchenko performed some manual work and the bioflex laser therapy treatment on my lower back and I felt significantly better. This is my second time I've torn something

Great service from the the receptionist to the therapist. My daughter is a competitive swimmer and having tried several other MT's she commented that this was definitely the best massage she has had. The fact that the MT is an ex high performance athlete herself, and was able to provide a lot of useful advice, was a bonus.
