The team there are Honest professionals providing great service. I took my Expedition in as my dash was lit up like a Christmas tree (Check engine, Traction Control). They were able to isolate and repair the issue in no time. Swapped in my winter tires as well. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a great mechanic shop.

First time using Right Way Auto Repair. The process from beginning to end was quick and easy. They communicated professionally with me every step of the way, providing pictures of the repairs that neede to be done. This is a great feature if you can't be there in person. I'm hoping not to need them too often, but they will be the first people to call if I do. Highly recommend

I went in for an oil change and when they were performing their complimentary 30-point inspection they found some other issues that could be very costly if not discovered. They took care of it at very reasonable cost and make sure we were completely satisfied. Vanje at the front desk was very helpful and professional and made sure we were treated fairly and promptly. Lana in marketing, also the co-owner followed up the next day which I also appreciate. They truly care about making the experience a good one. I would highly recommend them for your service needs.

I just serviced my 09 GMC Sierra which had a few electrical problems. Got my wipers replaced, new brakes and rotors, headlight fix, taillight fix. I think the price was pretty good I got a lot of work done and they had it turned around in about 24 hours. The online diagnostic with photos and service checks was a great experience.

We took our 2017 ford escape to be safety as we were buying out a lease. The representative expressed we would need new tires and brakes and could not safety the car otherwise.
Took the vehicle to last chance garage for a second opinion who told us otherwise. Tires and brakes were fine minus the rear brakes being replaced. $2000 dollar difference between the two places.

I'm gladly writing this review for Right Way Auto. Took my Kia for an oil change and was very pleased with the service. Very ethical, organized, punctual and reliable shop. The digital inspection report was very helpful for a woman who doesn't know cars. The pictures have a small arrow pointing at the trouble spot. Definitely will be back to fix it. I have been going to Right Way Auto Repair for over 10 years now and won't go anywhere else! They are reliable, trustworthy, and get the job done right! As a working mom with two young kids, my time is limited, and Right Way always manages to get my car in and out in a timely fashion. I have also appreciated having the option of a loaner vehicle, so my work/activities are not interrupted while my car is being serviced.

When I had my car in for regular service Rick at the service desk suggested I consider ordering the Aquapel Windsheild Treatment for my front windshield because I do a lot of highway driving. I ordered the shield protection and I can't say enough to recommend it to anyone who does a lot of highway driving. It makes the water and dirt just run right… off the windshield making it clean and using a lot less windshield washer fluid. When driving in heavy rain most of the rain just runs right off the windshield without having to run your wipers on high speed. I highly recommend it to anyone

I can’t say enough about Right Way Auto Repair. I am from Sarnia. 2 1/2 hours away and have been staying with my son in the hospital since Dec 7. My vehicle broke down a few weeks ago adding more stress then I already had. I called Right Way and was greeted by a carrying man who was able to calm me down and help me get the situation sorted out.… They where able to fix my vehicle quicker then then the time they said and they also went above and beyond by completing services that didn’t need to be done right away. I brought my car into Right Way Auto Repair to get a check up and winter tires. Since I travel a lot I wanted to be as safe as possible and at the same time not burn a hole in my wallet. Rick was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me pick the best winter tires for my needs and budget.
