Over the years, when I have taught REALTORS about the Senior Market and how to be active agents in that service, we discuss the emotional conflicts that arise within families and the resulting family wars that can happen. Barry Lebow is an experienced, professional Real Estate agent. He took us to see several properties, listened carefully to our needs and comments, and advised us on what to look for in our home search. Hiring Barry Lebow was the best move I’ve ever made. I had a very troublesome home in Toronto that had major problems and I didn’t think I could ever sell it without paying hundreds of thousands to fix it. My friend, who I inherited it from was a hoarder and the house, garage, and front and back yards were full of garbage. Barry and his team cleaned the house out in one day! 3 days later he listed it and 24 hours later I accepted an of offer of 1.1 million dollars for it, $300,000.00 over list. Absolutely amazing man, he took this very inexperienced seller and walked me through the whole process
