I have been coming to south star for a few years. Dr. Shahian , Tanya and the staff make you feel so comfortable and welcome. Very friendly atmosphere. Dr. Shahian is always making sure you are ok and he is very gentle when working on you. I recommend South Star to everyone.

I highly recommend this dental office. I’ve been going here for a few years and always feel like the dentist has my best interests kept in mind. The service is amazing and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, I haven’t had a cavity since I started coming here; prevention is the key!

Before I made my first appointment, I called and explained that I am pretty terrified of dentists, but I needed to show my daughter that the care and maintenance of teeth is part of taking care of yourself. Dr. Shahian took great care in explaining the process and that if at any time I needed a break, that all I had to do was raise my hand. Absolutley the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Shahian and staff were extremely professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my visit. Most dentists do not take the time with their patients to ensure they receive the best care, however Dr. Shahian did and I truly appreciate it. I'm a patient for life!!!

The best dental office you can imagine!! All staff are super nice and friendly. I had anxiety at dentists since I was a child, but I always felt relaxed here. Dr. Shahian always makes sure you feel comfortable during the procedure and he explains what he is gonna do before he starts, so you are well prepared. After a couple appointments my anxiety was completely gone!

This is absolutely the best Dentist I have ever been to!! He is so kind and gentle and cares about his patients! I have always feared going to the dentist and that has completely changed now! The staff in the office are amazing!! Tania is so sweet and always welcoming!! I love going to the dentist now and that is something I never thought i would say!! Dr. Shahian is best dentist I have ever met. He is so friendly and does great work. He takes time to talk and explain what needed to be done. Great dentist! I highly recommend . By far the best dentist in town! They treat you like you are apart of their family. With Tania’s expertise in customer service and Dr. Farhad’s gentle technique they deserve more than 5 stars. Jessica, the dental assistant is an amazing asset to family star dental as well - she politely greets you and makes sure you are in great hands for your… appointment.

Dr. Shahian was absolutely wonderful with our son who needed a filling. He is patient, caring, and really connects with his patients. He took the time to let the freezing work before doing the work and was… thorough in explaining every part of the procedure to my son and us. I would highly recommend him for children and adults alike!
