When Print Machine founder Jonny Jacques was unable to find a screen printer willing to offer the help and advice he needed, he learned how to pull screens himself. That was more than a decade ago and since then, Print Machine has grown into an Edmonton-loved, full-blown custom printing service able to supply its customers with a variety of customized printing and embroidery services.

This place is unbelievable! I submitted an order very short notice as a last minute gift for someone moving across the country. They stayed late on Friday evening and allowed me to pickup after hours to make sure I was able to get these to my athletes before they left on the weekend.

I tried to start what I thought was a simple project, a single shape on a toque and hat as a gift. The person at the desk told me emphatically that she would get on pricing to me after checking with their embroidery specialist the next day, even repeating herself twice more. The following day I got no call back. The day after that I called and was told I would get a response later that day. Nothing. It’s now day 4 and their number goes straight to a voicemail. Complete waste of my time, no customer service at all. Would not recommend.

We used Print machine to make custom T's to celebrate my son's end of treatment, based off a friend's recommendation, and they were perfect to deal with. The order was handled entirely over the phone and e-mail, and they were prompt, courteous, and totally competent. The shirts looked awesome, and were exactly what we hoped for. Thanks!

Because I leave everything until last minute I needed a shirt printed at last minute. I spoke with Becky and told her my situation and she was AWESOME! She got the proof done for me so fast and ensured everything was done for the next day. Honestly, the best service I have received in a long time. The price was also super reasonable and quality was great!

The Alberta OCD Foundation has worked twice with Print Machine, and the shirts have turned out perfect! (The photos are pics of our recent shirts.) They have an excellent eye for design (spacing, location, suggestions, etc). If the shirts you are looking for are not on their website, be sure to inquire as they may be able to order them in for you. Very friendly customer service. Will definitely reorder!

We got 14 jerseys made for our close-knit ESSC team which plays in both the spring and summer. Both their customer service and art department personnel were helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that they could help us create the jerseys of our dreams.
The only negative thing: I had been told our jerseys would be made by a specific date, and if anything changed they would inform me. If I could give more stars I would! These guys are awesome! I had needed a mug made asap for my best friend (we do this mug within a mug thing every year for our birthdays) and I usually used Staples to make them but I had waited to long to order and I wouldn't of gotten it before her birthday. Most places I looked into told me 5 to 7 business days. I called these guys and they immediately were very helpful and friendly. They said they would have my mug ready for pick up the next day. I sent them all my info/pictures via email and they went so far as to have to it ready the day I called in!! Wow
