Kiara, who hails from Tsawwassen, says she often visits Richmond with her family for shopping and Chinese food. A high school student who aspires to enter into nursing field, this was Kiara's first time having her hair professionally coloured. He applied an oil treatment to condition and repair her locks and then opted to add baby ombre highlights of varying lengths to the ends and sides to add shine and depth.
