I don’t even know where to begin. We were without heat for weeks but originally mid city came to fix it. The owner was guiding his guy on his team and for some reason he couldn’t quite get it. He did come back 20 days later when we came home from our trip with zero heat and -15 outside. There was no charge to fix the problem that wasn’t correct the first time. Unfortunately, the problem still wasn’t corrected. Originally I was frustrated and went to a different company who I would never recommend and would tell anyone to save their money!! Just when almost every single household has frozen pipe in Lower Mainland due to the extreme cold of Arctic outflow, I called MidCity Plumbers. Stephen is knowledgeable and explains what I can do before I schedule an appointment over the phone. Inevitably, I still needed a professional, so Stephen's crew came for rescue with a same-day appointment. They are running a bit late due to road conditions and unexpected issues at other locations. I highly recommend Midcity Plumbers, I was so impressed with the EXCEPTIONAL service I have recently received.
The furnace in my home stopped working a couple of days before Christmas, I placed a call to MidCity, explained my situation over the phone, Stephen assured me he could have the heat up and running in no time. Once the inspection was completed, we discovered I needed a new boiler/furnace. Stephen and his team were able to source and install a new system in less than 24 hours. I am so impressed with Stephen and his entire staff, from Danica who was my first point of contact over the phone

We didn’t have hot water for 7 days because previous plumber couldn’t fix our heating system. Stephen came to my place and didn’t take him too long to find out the problem. He was kind enough to refer another experienced electrician and also follow up with us later in the evening to check if everything went okay.
Stephen is very experienced professional who is also a good person to communicate (Not many plumbers can communicate with their customers and explain situation). I highly recommend MidCity for any plumbing related problems and I am sure you will have to leave another 5 stars google

We were extremely happy with Stephen and his team for taking care of an issue that had taken two other plumbing companies months to deal with. Not only did they deal with the issue but they were super friendly, accommodating and they worked on one of the hottest days of the year without complaining! I am so grateful to have my kitchen back so is my whole family. Would highly recommend Stephen and his company anytime!

Last night my sink was clogged and the water simply would not go down with all the usual methods--baking soda with vinegar, hot waters, snakes, even Drano. I even tried to pump air through it, but only ended up damaging the sink, which then caused the leaks.
Today, I called MidCity and got a prompt response. Daniel was the one to come, and he came on time and was very quick with the fixes.
He was kind, friendly, professional, and most importantly, got the job done perfectly.
Now I had years of grease and food residue cleared and a set of new pipes.

Mid City Plumbers are fantastic! I have 15 older houses I manage in Vancouver, and there is constantly plumbing issues that need to be resolved immediately, on a budget. Romeo and the Midcity Plumbers team saved the day for us a few weeks ago! Cannot recommend their services enough!! I called Paul on a Sunday evening, and he was here the next morning bright and early.
I hired him to install a a high-end Kohler kitchen faucet I purchased from home depot. I ended up asking him to install a new toilet as well.
He came prepared, was very clean and tidy, and an all around gentleman. I would recommend his service to everybody.

Such a rip off. He tried to fix my toilet and it lasted 3 flushes and it got plugged again. When I asked him to come again, he refused to come unless I pay him again. He even accused me that I put something in my toilet to plug it again on purpose. Please help yourself and do not use him. He has no honor in his profession. He spent 7 min and took 77 dollars. Please find a better plumber.
