I am in the process of building a new home in Prince Edward County and hired Spline to complete the mechanical design and drawings. A small project compared to their usual scope of work but they graciously agreed to take our job. The entire process was done remotely and efficiently. Franklin was a great resource and always responded in a timely manner, and owner Abhi was accessible and helpful. He made some really great recommendations for equipment and even the smallest details like Aria vents. I highly recommend Spline for any size project!

Due to an apparent miscommunication, the time and money I spent on having drawings made by this company was completely wasted. I did not get what I believe I had clearly spelled out. And if that's not bad enough, according to this firm if there was a problem it was all my fault, apparently not even possible that they shared in the responsibility for the miscommunication. If you care about customer orientation consider this: when I expressed in what ways the plans fell short of what I had specified in our initial meetings, the answer wasn't along the lines of 'sorry how can we make it right', the
