I have lovely times when I come to this business. The salon is so big and roomy and full of colour and lights. The staff is so warm and happy and they have menus to order wine as well as complimentary speciality coffees as well as food. In this pandemic time it was very good for the soul to spend time here and I will continue to get many services done here.

Had my haircut by Amber today and I couldn’t be happier! She was a great conversationalist and made sure I was approving of the quote for the services we had discussed. She even showed me examples of pictures of hair colours and styles that I could pick from so I knew what to expect.
Sometimes it can be shocking after several hours of hair care to be paying hundreds of dollars and walk out with something other than what you thought you asked for. Not with Amber! I very much appreciated her taking the time to clarify expectations.

I was a new client and I booked an Ombré Brow session with Irene. I really enjoyed working with Irene and I love how she did my eyebrows. During the consult she took her time and explained everything to me. She is very detailed with her work and does a great job as she is experienced. My eyebrows are just healing now and they are looking great. Will book a follow up in a couple weeks!

I have been frequenting this salon for eyebrow threading for well over a year now while I wouldn’t say the front desk reception is overly friendly.. or friendly at all (there’s an odd few who do stick out in mind as joyous but most phone calls answered sound as if the staff are bored) the quality of work is good. I have never been disappointed in their eyebrow threading so I continue to return despite them constantly running late. While it is not close to my home, it is close to my work and like mentioned, I enjoy the quality of work so I adjust to them knowing they tend to run behind. I try

We really enjoyed our visit! The staff were very friendly, efficient, and it was so clean. They were good with my young children and their wiggles. My daughters have talked about the nice conversations the ladies had with them. Julia did my pedicure and was exceptional! I also liked having the hot drinks brought to us. Everyone is great and offers their expertise in their own areas. Angela is my hairdresser and I have been with her for over 10 years.
