A huge thanks to Sylvia- Master Hair Stylist at Fresh and Co. Salons Mactaggart Location for taking me in.
I booked a root touch up and met Sylvia for the first time. She is an amazing talented hair stylist. Sylvia right away suggested and advised the appropriate technique of applying all over solid hair color, how it actually should look on the hair and that my hair had unevenness in color proportions. She explained the process and has an eye for color and form. I finally found the perfect hair stylist for my hair type at one of the best salons in the city. Thank you Sylvia.

I think from the first phone call to book my appointment was a great experience. I was weary of trying this salon because of bad/unsatisfactory experiences from other salons. The receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) was such a great help, very informative and patient!
Anes was wonderful. I really appreciate the time she took to listen to me and explain to me the process of doing my hair. Allan cut my daughter's hair and even though she wanted a simple trim he took the time and care to give her a meticulous cut and added small details to frame in her face and soften the cut for better movement. We were both impressed and pleased with the end results. Allan is extreamly technically skilled. In addition to executing flawlessly, he is also knowledgable in understanding styling and how to bring out the best in a cut but only to the right comfort level of the customer. Had the pleasure of having my hair cut and coloured by Huong. She took the time to go over the different options for colour and how it would fade over time/how dark it would be/maintenance of the colour. The cut and colour turned out amazing and I'm so pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place and great people! For whatever reason I get very intense "hair chair" anxiety- this is something I've lived with my whole life, but with Danielle I didn't experience any of my usual anxiety about the hair salon. My hair looks great, my experience was wonderful and Danielle is a really grade A human being. Very happy with this place and I will be back to see Miss Danielle! Allan is the best, he takes the time to listen to what you want but also offers his artistic expertise to make it truly work for you. He is well-versed in many specific hair types and knows just the treatments it needs. I get so many compliments on my hair after each time I see him. All the staff there are lovely and always so friendly. Loyal customer for life!

I have been going here for about a year now. I have seen Krista and Anna. Both are talented and do a great job. The salon is clean and very nicely decorated. The only improvement would be to have clients change into robes to keep the hair out of their clothing. I tried the salon brand products and was not a fan, but I definitely recommend going for cut and colour.

I went to the Windermere location. It was my first time as well as it just opened not long ago. The salon is nice and clean, has modern feel. Victoria cut my hair. I like how she asked questions before she started shampooing. She took her time to make sure I am happy with my hair cut. A good hour is what you need for a good hair cut. I will come back next time when I need a hair cut!
It is also very nice it is within walking distance and next to Starbucks! Who can resist a day filled with fresh hair cut and a nice chilled frappuccino in a summer day? My goodness, I can't wait!

This was the first time I've been to this salon. Krista was knowledgeable about the cut and color I wanted, I didn't have a color booked but she was able to accommodate me which I very much appreciated. She told me all about the Kerastase product which sounds amazing. I really felt a sense of quality in the salon from the staff, product and customer service. I would say it was the best salon experience I've had.
