Update on previous review from 12/2018. That's right folks, I still go to this place and WILL go to one person only- and that's Natasha. She continues to exceed my expectation when it comes to my hair and keeps a record of when, what colour, and what I need to do in order to keep my hair on point 👍. I colour my hair (dark to light) so I appreciate every recommendations she suggests to prevent severe hair damage. Again.. Thank you Natasha.

I came to IMO on a recommendation by a woman with extremely curly hair. If you have curly hair, ask for Mario (but I'm sure his son is just as talented).
I'm so happy with the results! Thank you Mario! You're the only other stylist I trust when it comes to curly hair now!
Highly recommend coming here. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. It's like getting a hair cut and a lesson in one sitting.

I love this salon. Owned and operated by a husband and wife team, not only is this a family-run operation, but you feel like family when you visit.
Mario, the owner, is fantastic to chat with and filled with personality. He's very knowledgeable in terms of styling hair and did a terrific job with my 18 year old son who cut off his long hair in preparation for his 1st year in university.
Dante, the son of Mario, is not only lovely and warm, but he too is great with the scissors. Truly, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

They took care of me literally at the last minute. Grace was amazing, gentle, kind, real, and knew her stuff. Makeup looked gorgeous. The hair artist was amazing! The decor is really stylish. There was an archway to a temple that was flat against the wall, the surroundings are lovely and all the employees were too.

Great salon! Paola has been cutting and colouring my hair for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Her cuts and colour are always perfect and she is extremely friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She is great at listening to what you want and also making recommendations. If you are looking for an updo or blowdry for a wedding or special occasion, look no further...she is THE BEST!!!! She just continues to top herself every time. I always leave the salon feeling gorgeous. I highly recommend her.

I've been going here since I came to town for school. The whole time I've been seeing the talented Natalie about my hair dying explorations. My boyfriend is also a regular here and we love chatting with his stylist, Natasha. Overall, the cozy environment (especially with the fireplace in the bitter winter!), decent pricing, and very friendly, talented staff make this place my go-to. 5 stars!

If you ever need to get a haircut or blow dry don't forget to ask for dante! He is the son/ Co owner of Imahe Make Over. He is absolutely amazing, and a delight to chat with !! I have wavy hair and he gives me best blow dry out there. I've had blows dries at many places and they've always average at best.
Dante calls it's the " Victoria secret blowout". Go in and ask for that!

You know you have a good hair dresser when they genuinely care about you. I ALWAYS go wherever my hair dresser goes. Natasha, wonderful caring Natasha is absolute AMAZING!!!!!!! I messaged her couple days ago requesting if she can redo (color) my hair. Not only she went above and beyond, but she had also move her schedule around just so she can make time for me. As always, she knows what exactly to do, and reassured me that it will come out fantastic. I've been her loyal customer for over 3 years and I refuse to go to anyone else. She's absolute divine!!! I commend

From a mixed person with confused hair, I gotta say that the job Mario did on my hair was the best I've had in years! Takes a really experienced person to do what he did. In under 30 mins I had a beautiful wash and blow which I maintained for quite a few days. I am really impressed and strongly recommend the salon. Thanks for friendly and very experienced service.

Grayce did our consultations to begin with- which she gave a lot of helpful information. She picked wonderful Colors and a great cut!
The assistant (Kira I think her name was) took so much time into styling our hair which was nice!
The whole atmosphere was awesome on the inside, and everyone including Grayce was super nice!

I wrote a review on google reviews and I see today that they had it removed!! I know bad reviews aren't good for business, but it's only fair that people know as much information about a place as they can before they trust themselves to your care!

Got a gloss color by Hanah - she did a great job, the color was exactly what I wanted, the style was done very well (my hair is insanely difficult to deal with) and it was just an enjoyable salon experience overall - everyone was so friendly and the place itself is beautiful. I'll be coming back for sure!

I had my make-up done twice here by Grace for two weddings and was quite happy! Both times I wanted a "natural" look but it was slightly different each time. I just let her do her magic.
She's patient and friendly. I explained that I had sensitive skin and wanted to use my own concealer and foundation and it wasn't a problem. She's also really fast and finished my make-up in less than 15 minutes. I also thought $38 was a good price.
The only thing that really disappointed me was the up-do. When I called, I was quoted $75 and was given a woman's name. However
