Love it here. I've been to other spas and keep coming back to this one because it's so cozy and the customer service is amazing. I went on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all.bit was great because I didn't feel rushed at all and felt very taken care of. I booked the ayurvedic massage with the abdominal add on and loved it. I knew I had bloating and Tanya who performed the massage was so knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed the experience and can't wait to come back!

This was my first time at Sweetgrass so I decided to treat myself to a manicure/ pedicure. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me warmly and the decor was very nice. Shadi, my nail technician was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. My only feedback is that they do not have fans to dry the polish on your nails. I waited in the lounge for 30 minutes after finishing the manicure/pedicure and my nails were still not dry so as a result, my nails were either chipped or smudged when I got home. A disappointing ending to an overall pleasant experience.

I called to book an appointment as instructed on their search results, on pick up I was politely asked by the first attendant if it was my first time I replied yes, she asked what treatment, I specified, she then says hold on, then passed me another nasty personnel who just went ahead to say we don’t open on Monday’s all the best, bye and I was like wait so what about another day, no extra information say Tuesday, she replied we are booked for the whole year in an extremely rude tone, bye!!

I had the extreme pleasure of a very special Ayurvedic Shirodhara treatment this afternoon that was the ultimate reset and healing experience I didn't even know I needed. I can't recommend this service and spa enough. Tania who treated me has the most healing touch and way about her — I left feeling like a new woman and couldn't be more grateful for the service provided and her attentive care. The spa is so beautiful, calming and welcoming. I also stayed to enjoy a delicious lunch afterwards, which is an absolute must for the full "me time" experience that we all deserve from time to time. I have been coming to Sweetgrass for almost a year for massage therapy, and have never once been disappointed by the experience. All staff are warm, welcoming, and respectful, and everything is spotless and clean. Throughout the latest lockdown, I have continued to visit to help relieve disease-related chronic pain. All protocols are in place to help you feel safe during your visit (which I always do), and staff continue to be genuinely warm and friendly despite what they may be going through in their own lives. I greatly value the services and experience this business provides to women in Toronto

Came back as a guest of the spa director for a manicure and was impressed by the service this time around. Completely the opposite experience from my last visit (in a good way) from beginning to end. Was greeted promptly by the front desk staff, my coat was hung up and I was offered a drink. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, and the manicure was great. Checkout was quick and easy. Huge improvement from my last experience here!

Stayed at the ivy for the weekend and enjoyed hanging out at the sweet grass spa on a rainy Saturday. For being in a basement and tucked away under what feels like 4 or 5 other businesses it’s a sweet treat and a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of Toronto
The pool area is super dated but 5 stars for Great customer service and a great little spa wine/smoothie/food menu🥂

Horrible inexperienced front desk staff. Booked pa day for myself and a friend. Day before spa friend went to emergency for an unexpected medical issue. Called to cancel 23 hours prior to appointments. They said i would still incur the full charges as i was not the one sick!!!!! Was worried for friend and may have had to assist if things were not well. Talk about a stressful start to a spa day. Not what we had in mind at all. Friend even offered to pay for pool access while i had my treatments however even then the receptionist said no as need to book $100 minimum for access. She was able to come

I had booked a paraffin hand and foot treatment over the phone for 2 people. I even double checked the booking after the confirmation phone call. At the end however, they ended up charging me and my friend $100 extra each because they changed the booking to a full Sweetgrass spa manicure and pedicure. I complained, and asked for a discount or something, but they wouldn’t budge (including the manager). They kept saying the service was already done, but I never even

A nice getaway in the city. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly. The spa is kind of small (only one washroom, 3 showers stalls). The staff come to find you before your appointment which was unique. I went for a massage - Fiona was lovely and my massage was aaamazing! The spa is very clean and the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Thanks for a great day :)

So in early 2017, I resolved to start getting monthly massages at a nice spa. I should have started here.
This place feels clean, and quiet, and the service is so, so lovely. I just had the best massage of my life. Like, I was stumbling around in a happy daze after, sipping cucumber water (they have a bar which I'm definitely sampling next time).
I feel like I bet on the wrong horse when I started my monthly routine at another popular women's/clothing optional spa that has a spot in both ends of the city. Which in comparison, is almost shabby in some ways (I mean the shower stalls

3.5 - I came here with my girlfriends on a Saturday for the bridal package. We were greeted right away and shown the guest change room. The reception was very nice and explained the facilities and presented us with some forms to fill out. They had some coffee, tea and water at a station for us to enjoy throughout the day. We started with the water therapies, followed by lunch. The lunch was provided by the George restaurant next door. I thought the lunch was good, but I think I would have ordered off the regular menu for more variety. The lunch is paired with either prosecco, latte or cappuccino

Although women-only, this spa is the best in the city. Ask for Leslie or Sherese. Dry sauna, hot tub and swimming pool use are included. Order wine or food from the excellent George restaurant to enjoy in the lounge. Gorgeous space. Professional staff at front desk who care about you and will bend over backwards to accommodate needs and preferences. I've been many times over many years and highly recommend Sweetgrass -- it's worth the cost.

I was here for eye lash extension. Not happy with the experience and result, never came back.
The lady who did it kept telling me to take baby steps, well, who wanted a baby steps when we decided to have the eye lashes extended!? We want a noticeable change, we want result! Before she finished she asked me to peek without taking off the tape and stuff, made my eyes all watery and couldn't really tell how I looked. For some reasons once she took off everything she cannot do it again so I had to say ok at that point.
I didn't see any result from my extension. My eyes looked the same

I had a day at this spa bought for me by my husband.
My day started off with a very friendly greeting at the door. I was then escorted after signing health forms to the pool/hot tub/sauna area. It was very nice but the sauna was a small one person room with clear doors that offered no privacy and you could not enter with a wet bathing suit. Medicore "hydrotherapy" section.
I was then escorted to my massage. 1hr. Very professional. Nice facility. And then to the champagne lunch which was included. The portion was very small but was good. Nothing extraordinary.

I visited a second time to redeem the third service on my voucher, and the experience was much better. The front desk girl (short black hair) was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was late, and they were still able to squeeze me in for my full service which made me really happy. Much better- rating upgraded to 4/5.

Went here for a spa day with a friend and we booked a package that was a massage, lunch and mani/pedi combo. The massage and mani/pedi were fine.
The atmosphere and feel of this place is really nice way more relaxing and chill than body blitz. And I will definitely return. Staff are very friendly and professional.
Especially for a higher end place, the following revisions/changes would make this a 5 star location for me:
1. They offer generic crap teas (the same kind that my office stocks - from some big supplier...bleh). I go to the spa to get away from my office not be be reminded of it.
