A bunch of mismanaged clowns at best. Ordered a printer from Walmart in August (listed as in stock) with an ETA for early September, kept postponing by 2 weeks until finally in December they told me it was in stock. When I asked for a tracking number, I was told to wait. Finally, after 4 months of waiting and after being told it WAS in stock, I was told it didnt come in and all they offered was a lousy refund and no other form of compensation. What an absolute joke of a company.

Whatch out from these people , I purchased printer from them and they never sent my printer back. They are keeping my printer and the money I paid for.
If you request something from them they will send you same email everytime you write

Whatch out from this company , we had to sue them due to their poor service.
They are withholding our money we paid thru Amazon.
They will not return your item in case something happens.

I have been dealing with Printers Plus for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Service reps are friendly and prompt. Prices on supplies are competitive with CostCo. Technician support for my printers is fabulous - will not quit until the problem is solved. Boom. He just left - my problem is solved - I'm so delighted, I turned to write this review!
