After moving into a brand new home with my wife, we decided getting a tankless water heater installed would be a great investment. We ended up finding Tek Climate online and decided to call them up based on the positive reviews. Big mistake.
I refuse to waste any more energy on these people, so here is the bullet point version of my 2+ month ordeal.
- Arrogantly showed up to my house with no masks on during a pandemic (I'm also immunocompromised)
- Installed the water heater and left without it working and I had to call them to come back because I had zero hot water

The service coordinator did a very good job of getting our furnace replaced in a timely fashion and then necessary follow up corrections to the installation. I only gave 4 stars because the original installers did not do a proper job on the vent pipes and they had to be redone.

We had several quotes for a propane furnace install, including TEK, but they were almost the highest. We chose them because their warranty was by far the best. When I spoke with Jonathan to accept their quote I asked if they offered senior's discounts, yes. I asked if they gave a discount for cash payment, yes. Fantastic! Our furnace was giving out so when I messaged Mae, we got our new furnace within 3 days of hiring them. The guys were great, leaving everything clean. Thank you Mae, Jonathan, Guy and Blake!!

Excellent service. TeK Climate is a total pro. Chris was prompt, explained the problem in a way we could understand, fixed the problem and kept us informed of costs.
Time estimates are accurate and keeps you well informed every step of the way. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Chris even came well at weekend to solve the problem with our airconditioner, it was a hot day and we had guests. Thank you Chris!

I would highly recommend Tek Climate Heating and Air Conditioning. We had our furnace replaced and an air conditioning unit installed at our place. Everyone was very professional and prompt, right from making the appointment for an estimate and the installation. They answered all our questions and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Their… pricing was the best that we given and even when there was a problem with the furnace we were to receive, they upgraded us to a more expensive one with no difference in price. Awesome owner and company!

!!! Highly Recommend !!! I have used this for a year already, very good product and their work is art!!! Chris is very professional and nice! If you need to change your old furnace or water heater, Tek is the one you should go with. their crew members have done a fantastic job and cleaned everything before they left. worked all the way from 8am - 3am!!! May also helped me to get the refund from fortis! which saved me a lot of money.
