We are so happy to have our gas furnace replaced by Coleman Heating.
From the first phone call to completion of the job, we were satisfied every step of the way. They were quick, professional and efficient.
Our gas furnace stopped working in this Vancouver’s record cold end of year 2021; I called two other heating companies, but was left unsatisfied.
When I called Coleman Heating, Sharon gave me the warmest answer, told me that the technician will come to my place in few hours after he finishes his Vancouver’s job.
Technician Sean came in and diagnosed the furnace, gave the fix options

Coleman Heating deserves zero stars!
They have shown no viable work performance and even worse customer service.
When I tried to schedule an appointment because our heater was not working, it took 3 calls before I actually spoke to someone. It then took 2 more calls to get an appointment. Not surprisingly, no one showed up for the appointment. After numerous calls again to try and reschedule, I decided to go with a different company.
The problem was then discovered and the part was to be replaced under warranty. The labour was also under warranty but Coleman Heating said they wouldn't do it

Jeff installed a Samsung A/C with two indoor wall mounted units. Very clean, tidy installation and look. Was required to deal with the Chairman of the Strata because it involved mounting the compressor unit outside on the wall. He dealt with him personally, and impressed everybody. Very low impact installation. Highly recommended.

I had Coleman replace the water heater in my house in Vancouver and I had them check my Lennox gas furnace. The water tank was installed for a fair price by a friendly, knowledgeable technician who did a nice neat job, unlike person that had installed the old tank.
Coleman had installed the furnace 11 years ago. The technician discovered that the furnace's heat exchanger was rusting and that it needed to be replaced. Coleman told me part was covered by warranty but that I had to pay the cost of labour to replace the part. They fixed my furnace for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Coleman Heating

Our hot water tank and furnace both needed service and we were going out of town, they rearranged their schedule to come out before we left. It had been a few years since we had used Coleman and will not use anyone else. Fair, respectable employees and company. Definitely a company I will recommend.
