Thank you to Ken and Nathan who came out first thing this morning to look at our furnace. Took time at first to explain everything and how it should work and run. Cleaned everything. Didn't try and sell anything or tell us we need a new furnace, quite the opposite. Changed our thermostat to this decade 😂🤣 Very happy with their service today. Will call them again from now on. Just have to say I have had Big Valley (Ron and Marlow) do lots of work for me over the past 30years, and have been extremely satisfied every time. Not just with the products provided, but the professionalism and expertise of all their staff. This time I had an emergency gas leak at the copper line to my range and they sent Mitch and Pete right over and had it repaired and working in short order. Can’t say enough about how satisfied we are!!

Just a short note to thank Gregg and Ken for such great service in repairing my A/C today (Tuesday) after it broke down on the long weekend. Our hot water tank stopped working in the middle of a long weekend. We called Big Valley first thing Tuesday morning. The tech was here installing a new tank before 10:30! The work was done quickly, the area left clean. The service was so friendly and efficient. They are our go-to first call! Highly recommend this company.

Charged me $250 labour to look at 2 gas fireplaces. Told me 1 needed a $1000.00 upgrade. The other 1 cleaned flew and glass . Tried using it 2 days later pilot flickered and went out.Tried relighting with no success. Called them 3 times to come back. They said would have to do $1000.00 upgrade . In the end I fixed it myself. Just needed new ignition and clean orifice!
