Each of our Registered Massage Therapists have been carefully selected to represent our culture, professionalism and belief in the mind/body connection. Our team approach is based on the philosophy that less is more.
At Inspire, we recognize the increasing number of people struggling with high level stress, work life overload as well as anxiety, depression and trauma, for some this has become a chronic issue. Our integrated mind/body approach to treatments is recognized as vital and non-invasive techniques to support all clients, especially those who may be experiencing feelings of overwhelm.
If you have young children we request that you please make other arrangements for their care. Children may not be left unattended in the reception area. Your appointment is time reserved especially for you. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations eliminate the possibility for someone else to benefit from that time and result in lost revenue for our therapists.
Massage with Kristine Karlsen was one of the most efficient treatments I have ever had. I have an injured shoulder that gives me lots of pain because of the over strained muscles. Before the massage I could not lift my arm to put on a Tshirt. Kristine determined the problematic area and applied special massage technique to the area so I could freely move my arm after massage.

I had an amazing experience having a massage here. I forgot how it feels to get one as I have been neglecting this need. Leticia is professional and accommodating. The place is comfortable and the staff are friendly. I would highly recommend it. Having a massage is the best thing you can for yourself. I realized that it's money well spent.

Very peaceful and clean workplace. I went in for a massage, and had a wonderful experience. The beds can be adjusted to your desired heat preference, and they are very comfortable. Tranquil music playing, calm environment, wonderful full body massage from scalp to toes, and a therapist who is passionate. Highly recommend Inspire.

One of the best massages I have had in a very long time! So friendly, accommodating and organized. I was blown away at how many modalities this clinic has, a little of everything for mind, body and spirit. Hard to find a one stop wellness shop like this in the city especially one that pays attention to all the small details. I will definitely be back. Thank you again for fitting me and my husband in last minute before we went away on our honeymoon.

Inspire Centre came highly recommended to me by a co-worker and I’m so glad that I took her recommendation. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly and professional, the premises are very clean also! Eileen is excellent!!! I just can’t say enough about her! So professional and knowledgeable, I always feel great after my massage, she takes her time and makes sure she addresses my problem areas. I’m so lucky to have this centre so close to my neighbourhood, very convenient location with plenty of free parking. Check them out!

Had the In-Balance Grounding Treatment for Body and Sole (with foot massage) today with Sandra and it was ahhhh-mazing! Right from the moment I walked in, with the gentle relaxing music, to the head to toe… (literally!!) perfect massage. I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. Thank you, Sandra, I really needed that wonderful massage.

The Inspire Centre is a fabulous addition to our community. The clinic is tranquil and has a relaxing and professional feel. The therapists are excellent and I'm always happy with my massage experience. I've been seeing Sandra regularly for eight years and she always knows how to help whether it be with suggestions for stretches or after care instructions. She is thorough and knowledgeable. The online booking system makes scheduling simple any time of the day or night and parking is plentiful. I'm happy to recommend The Inspire Centre to anyone looking for a wellness clinic.

I had a massage with Antonio yesterday. It was excellent. I have issues with my neck and shoulders due to desk work and I broke my leg skiing last December so I still have some lack of mobility in that knee and… ankle. Antonio addressed these issues and the massage helped. Highly recommend this clinic and ask for Antonio. He's awesome.
