I have been coming here for a few years with multiple family cars. I liked how they were always speedy and accommodating for same day walk in appointment. However the past two services have been disappointing. The most recent experience was with an engine oil change. After I got my car back, I noticed there was a strong oil smell inside the car. The steering wheel was oily, sticky and full of engine oil. I cleaned it multiple times with paper towels and the paper towels turnt black. The experience before that was for a tire rotation and cleaning the oil filter. As usual, they were efficient. However

Garbage service .
Took my vehicle here , called a few days in advance, for car to be dropped off in morning. waited all day for them to call me at 2 and day they cannot do the pads as they are unable to remove calipers. Money money money , overbooking , and overcharging .
They called me and said the rotors are grooved , and I told them just to do the pads ... they said ok .
Conveniently they called back and said they can't take the calipers off when they realized I wouldn't go through with a full service they wanted.
Garbage , do not come here.

Went to replace a couple of wheels bearing. Overall, job is done, well so far, that car is working and make no excess noise.
On the flip side, it took more than a day to do repairs (something like this should at least be mentioned before hand).
Also, they do sell parts with a bit of a premium of something like 150% of the original cost which should make you bring your own parts instead.
Overall, not bad but not great either.

Worst experience! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money! Brought my car in at 10am to get my front pads and a diagnostic test done. Was told over the phone that it would take 2 hours. I Went to pick up my car at 1:30pm as I have not heard back. Nothing was done. He claims It took him three and half hours to diagnose my car. Says this is what happens when you take your car to a mechanic and showed about 7 car keys that still need to get done. I was frustrated and rightfully so as I wouldn't have dropped my car knowing how busy he was. He chukles and says “I don't know your schedule

Came by some day to get oil change, which was more expansive than they claimed before.
During oil change they brought me my cabin filter, saying that i have to get it changed too. I refused in terms of being there for nothing but oil change. And i do not understand why they sneak around my car.
After all of that, they did not even shake the dust out of the filter, putting it back with all the dirt inside. LOL!
p.s. on the attached pictures you can see my gloves compartment after their intrusion.
