Called them for a simple issue on my vehicle. Over the phone they were just rude, dismissive and made it seem like they didn't have the time of day. Sure, I wasn't calling about a major issue but I know where not to take my car even if I do have something major go wrong. Terrible service, makes me suspicious of the other positive reviews, or maybe I caught them on a bad day.

Our brakes were feeling spongy after a hard-braking event last night and we thought to have them checked by George and the crew at the shop to see if there was an air or fluid issue in the lines since we had just done the front brakes ourselves recently. They were able to fit us in despite having a full day, diagnose the problem (air in the lines yes, but also back brakes needed replacing!) and get us back on the road feeling confident. We always appreciate the honestly, integrity, and extra love these folks put into the work they do. THANK YOU!!

Awesome service. A friend recommended this garage to me - I already had a good garage but I got a different used car and this garage was reported to know Mercedes well.
They did a thorough inspection and told me things about the car that could be looked into in the future. As a woman I am always suspect of garages ripping me off - did not feel this here at all. Super reasonable price and friendly up front service. I definitely will return here and will recommend to others.

Our family has been coming to Bill & Walters since the 80's; my Dad dealt with Fernando for not only his personal cars but his company fleet and now I deal with his son George and I know I am getting quality repairs every time. He will tell me exactly what I need; and if there are any other issues he will let me know and give me my options? I've recommended them to numerous people over the years! It's a great central Burnaby location, close to skytrain, and a mall if you need to kill time while your vehicle is being looked after.

I was very impressed with the prompt, friendly and informative service. George is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what they did and why. The engine of my Mazda was shaking on the drive into work. They replaced my spark plugs. I was shown the old vs. the new so I could see difference. The car runs fine now. I appreciate that they started with the most cost-effective solution. It saved me time and money.

Everyone says theirs is the best, you keep putting off the appointment, and when you finally make the appointment, you have to re-arrange your day to make it work, but if you make it through ok, you're set for life.
A co-worker recommended this place for Audi repair, and even though Burnaby is out of my way, I decided to try them out. I had two problems with my car: a coolant leak, and a nagging all-wheel-drive wheel slipping problem.
This place isn't far from Brentwood Skytrain Station

I took my car into Bill & Walters as it was close to my work. Fearing it was something serious as my lights and radio were working I thought it wasn't my battery.
Thankfully it was. They replaced it for me, did a diagnostic checking my fluids and tire pressure and I was on my way.

I chose this place because of their rating with the Better Business Bureau. I took my car in May 2013. They charged an exorbant amount and my car was returned to me making a new noise that it never made before. When I came back to question the noise, they gave me some story trying to justify it as normal. In November, the noise because much worse and now my car needs to be taken in again. Looks like a problem with the axle. I feel very mistrustful of this garage and based on some of the recent reviews, I decided not to give them another chance.

This place charged me over a hundred bucks to change lightbulbs. Seriously. I wanted to change my headlights to have some brighter/whiter lights in them that I had and not being mechanically inclined I was able to change them myself, but then couldn't get everything closed again properly. So I decided to just take the bulbs to them to actually get it done right and when I came back to pay they claimed that the new bulbs I gave them were dead so they had to charge me for new ones... even though I had just tested them myself the night before and they worked fine. I expected to maybe pay half

I was referred here by my friends and I have to say the service was great. I called in the morning and was able to get my car in the same day to get my brakes replaced. They even rearranged their schedule so that I could get my car back in the early afternoon. Besides the excellent customer service, they also did quality work. I highly recommend this garage!

I got struts, a timing belt and shocks replaced here. Problem was the excessive price. More than $1700. The four struts were charged to me at over $140 each. Upon walking into Canadian Tire, I see they were selling them for $67 each at regular price. $130 for a wheel alignment. The coolant was changed without my consent.
They did quality work. I just don't like mystery bills and unauthorized work. I was floored when my bill was given to me. I even brought in my own timing belt =\
