"They were prompt, friendly, did a good job and saved us money where they could. I would definitely recommend this shop. Also they are a Nappa dealer so they honor Nappa warantees."
I had this saved as a draft from 6months ago. Since then I have been back numerous times and the service has never changed. Greg is an awesome person and the energy he brings is infectious. Always good work. Always fair priced. This place is excellent.

Long lake automotive has been a fantastic shop for me. I bought a lemon of a truck and Greg treated me well, for issues that wouldn’t go away he worked on the truck free of charge. That was incredible. They also fixed the AC on my wife’s vehicle for thousands cheaper than was quoted to us from several other shops. These guys are great, every issue was dealt with and very fair prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of repairs.

Critical: Professionalism
I have never met a person like Greg, incredibly unprofessional and frankly immature. He spoke violently to me and my mother over a simple question. Greg either needs to be medicated or fired, he would be better suited picking up garbage on the side of the road. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I don't normally write reviews but I just couldn't let this one go. About 2 weeks ago I brought my BMW M2 Coupe in to get basic maintenance done. When I went to drop my car off the manager Greg took zero safety precautions, no masks were worn and he never brought any sanitization into my vehicle. The man had a nasty cough the day I went to drop the vehicle off, I immediately asked him to return my keys and tried to leave when Greg started screaming profanities at me and my young daughter.

Awful experience brought my truck in last week to have it serviced when one of the employees Greg insulted my wife about her weight over a simple question with weight reduction in the truck. The man reeked of booze and couldn't stop laughing at his own jokes, he believed mocking my wives weight was a joke.

2007 F150 - After engine worked on, our truck runs better than when we bought it used. I am so impressed by how my truck runs now. After local ford dealership told me I'd have to wait 2 weeks to get piston/cylinder work done, these guys got it done in two days for me. Great service, great work. Very happy.

This mechanic is great. They are always so nice to deal with. They always find a way to squeeze you in right away when something goes wrong, and they clearly explain everything.
I appreciate that they tell us what needs to be done immediately and what can wait.
And how to prevent issues as well.
My husband had a Jeep that constantly had issues and they didn’t charge him an arm and a leg. They were fair, and honest. And when it was time to give up on said Jeep, we brought the cars we were looking at in for pre purchase exams. Totally worth it, as we don’t know much about cars and there can

Getting our car worked on by Greg. It hasn't run for 25 years. We had Greg remove a engine from a 77 t-bird and check its compression. Clean it up and paint it so it looks nice going into our 1972 Gran Torino Sport. It had a dead engine in it so we had him remove it and now he is getting all the engine rewired up and running.
