My husband and I have been taking our two BMWs here for the last five years and I can't say enough good things. Owner is efficient and knowledgeable, problems always get resolved quick, pricing is super reasonable, and on multiple occasions they have dissuaded us from spending money to fix things (i.e. notifications that have popped on) that don't matter for the function/safety of the vehicle. I think this is pretty outstanding and unusual. From what I value with respect to car servicing and repair, I don't think you could ask for more. 5 stars.

Helped me last minute after being sent to them through a friend at Mr.lube in town when they found problems with the bmw (hardline) plus needed new cap. They took me in as soon as I arrived after phoning to confirm and told I was sent through friends. Got in and out in about an hour fresh and taken care of. Very professional and productive at a good price. Wouldn't accept my tip for taking me in so quick either.

Easily the best VW mechanic in Nanaimo, these guys are awesome! Super knowledgeable, professional, and all around very friendly. They did an amazing job working on my retro 1978 VW bus. They fixed so many little things and my vehicle had never driven so smoothly until it left their parking lot at the end of the visit. You can be sure I’ll be back there again when I need more work done on my bus! 10/10

Took my car there for the first time today to have one of my front lights fixed and there was a whole bunch of hidden wiring issues throughout the car. Everything was fixed at an awesome price and very quickly! Dropped off the car in the morning and it was done by mid-afternoon. I am very happy with my car and definitely recommend checking this place out!
