Taffy was the women who i was talking to and she helped me out way more then i expected! She was way more helpful and motivated to help me then any other insurance company. She went out of her way to answer all my questions and tried her best to get monthly insurance for me.
Unfortunately due to my driving record it wasn't possible to do monthly..
So she gave me a yearly quote all in the span of 10 minutes! Other company's would take days. Trying to get insurance on my rhd import is hard not too many people have knowledge on them and she knew every question I had about insurance on rhd vehicles

I have had my insurance with Jodie and Dion over 10 year. From their original State Farm to the current Desjardin. Their service is so efficient that I have moved all my polices here. business, homeowner and vehicle. Questions are always answered quickly. Small town friendly service. Andrea and Jodie are very professional and go that extra mile...always!

I gave Jody a call yesterday to insure a new vehicle purchase - and I had my proof of insurance in my inbox while we were still on the phone! Plus, my insurance rate went down on my new car compared to my 10-year old one!
Andrea is our usual contact when we call the agency - she is fabulous - efficient and friendly! You can’t go wrong dealing with this agency. They take care of their customers as if they were family!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Very horrible service. Majority of these "good" reviews are computer generated, this company is a scam. I canceled my policy 1 month ago and they proceeded to charge me. They now refuse to return my money. I re sent them the email i sent last month and now they wont reply or answer my phone calls. Incredibly unprofessional.

I'll have to change to a different company after the conversation I just had with a family member of mine. My family member had to get his mom to insure his vehicle because they tried charging him more than double his premium, he cancelled the insurance and they just pulled out another $### and won’t refund it. They’re denying having received the cancellation forms and they’re excuse when he replied in the email with them is that they weren’t attached and they’re not going to chase down a cancelling client. This young struggling parent is trying his best here and is trying to be responsible

I moved all of my insurance over a couple of years ago and I have received excellent customer service since! I always receive quick response to my questions or insurance policy adjustments. The last company I was with, was so disappointing when they handled a claim of a family member, all those years with that company and they were not working FOR US when it came down to a legitimate theft claim! I knew I needed to find a broker that would work for me if I ever was in a position to have a big claim. Hopefully that won’t happen, but if it does, Jody and Dion Getzinger have given me the confidence

Absolutely amazing service. I have never been a fan of dealing with insurance companies as my previous one was awful! The Stony Plain location of state farm has definitely changed my perspective on dealing with insurance companies. They always answer my questions with very honest answers, definitely not in it just for the money, they could have gouged us on extra insurance on an older vehicle, but they let us know it would be more money that it is worth. They understand that we are young and in school and don't have excessive amounts of money and they work with us on it. Jodie is an absolute joy
