The staff I talked to were always helpful and quick to provide the right documentation when requested. We had a couple of claims over the years, and they were handled with little fuss (thank you!). On the down side, our insurance slips were always late in arriving, or we had to call to have them sent. Being long term customers, we saw our premiums rise steadily - we believe partly due to some built-in inflation formulas. Finally went looking elsewhere to compare, and found that our premiums were definitely higher than others were paying. Hopefully our new provider is as good with claims response

Attempted to get my address updated. They said all the changes were made and that my insurance would increase in cost even though I no longer drive my car for work.
They did not update my address. They did not send me pink slips. They did increase my payment and get that taken out of my account.
I had to call again to get my pink slips. When they pink slips were sent they had an incorrect address. Called to get it re sent. This will be my fourth time calling over a 2 month period waiting on pink slips so I can get my car registered. Horrible customer service. Couldn't be less impressed.

The people that helped us on the phone were verify helpful and knowledgeable....as everyone knows insurance prices are ridiculous right now but Morgex treated me pretty fairly compared to other quotes I got. If you are a teacher it's definitely worth checking out as well. The only reason for 4 stars was either my phone or their phone kept disconnecting after 25minutes lol

You'd think a company you've been with for 20 years would at least speak to you respectfully, and do what they can to keep your business. Apparently not this one!
Refused my request for a letter, wouldn't look at how they had misspelled my name in their system, and talked to me like I was annoying them when they had to correct THEIR ERROR.
Didn't bother to answer my emails either, so I called and got this.
Not impressed.

I have been with Morgex for over 10 years. I have my house and vehicle insurance with them. I randomly received a phone call, indicating that one ticket from 2.5 years ago will result in a 20% increase in cost and they will not cover my vehicle for collision/vandalism..... that is absolutely outrageous. I am so disappointed as I was a loyal customer. I very rarely complain but I think everyone should know to stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere where it's actually valued.

Follow up. I received a call from Morgex and they processed the cards. I improved the rating by two stars.
Yesterday at approx 12pm I called Morgex to revise a serial number on my automotive policy. One of the numbers on the VIN was incorrect (4 and should have been 1). I was not able to register my vehicle after driving for 25 minutes to do it. I called on agent and was cut off somehow. She did not make the change or email me to give a reason. I called back two hours later and the next contact said that he would email the first and ask her to make the change. Today I called again and the attendant

Been with Morgex for 10 years and will be cancelling immediately tomorrow morning. Their rates keep going up (mine went up 35% for auto insurance this year and I haven't had so much as a speeding ticket) and when you try to confront them about why the rate continues to climb (I'm not getting any younger and my car hasn't changed), they can't give you any sort of answer. I used to like dealing with them back when I first started using them but I'm beyond disappointed with their service now. Prices continue to rise and customer service continues to suffer. Average wait time to speak to an agent is 30+ minutes and they do not respond to emails - I've sent 2 in the last week. I put a claim in July 2017 as I was rear ended and was given the run around. I was told to send in the quote from Carstar which I did multiple times to multiple people. Months went by with no follow up. I finally followed up and was told they were waiting for my quote. I sent it again. Another month went by and still nothing. I emailed again with no response.
