I have been very pleased with the service this company provides. They are knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. Any questions and concerns are responded to and addressed in a timely and professional manor. The automatic renewals are really convenient and the paperless pink cards are a nice step in the environmental right direction. I can't say enough about Erin Mcbride and the fantastic service she has provided me through a difficult on going unfortunate flood I had in my home. She is and has gone beyond expectations and is very professional. I highly recommended her and the team at Go-Auto. Shelly Steele was also fantastic in helping me get a great Bundle package for my home, auto and motorcycle today.
