On Dec 22 our thermostat screen was all jumbled again and it was 25 below with -30 predicted for the Christmas weekend. Again I phoned Pam. She said that although they were even busier that the day before, she would get a repairman to our place (north of Falkland) that same day.
Brent arrived just after 11 am, put in a new thermostat, showed us carefully how to use it, and checked out other things. He was pleasant, conscientious, and competent.
We have dealt with Applewood since they installed our heating system in 2008, and have always been so happy with their service. We have recommended them

I had a leaky hot water heater just as the holidays were starting and company arriving. Applewood diagnosed the issues the day I discovered it and promptly searched for the parts. They kept me informed and responded well to my sense of urgency. It required a few days of catching drips and boiling water for baths, but they minimized the inconvenience and put us back together asap. I’m very grateful for their prompt professional service.

Was Friday we phoned for an appointment for regards a furnace issue.Friendly efficient receptionist able to fit our call in before end of business hours.
Rob quickly identified the furnace issue and Applewood had the required part for our very OLD furnace.
For sure recommend a Lennox furnace.

I was out of town and could see from my smart thermostat app that my furnace was not working as it should. Despite being busy, they made me a priority. Tom met my friend at my residence the next morning and quickly got things running properly. My friend was really impressed and said Tom was very thorough and professional.

This company knows their stuff. I've worked with them for 9 years. They installed my heat pump back then and have maintained/serviced it perfectly since. I also bought a furnace from them 4 years ago. They do a great job servicing and maintaining both items.
