WORST experience ever. Our plumber (Lyle) was not helpful, took a smoke break on a 30 minute call out on a Sunday. We had roots in our plumbing system which caused a back up, after consulting another company they said putting a camera through the main line is a standard thing to do when it has something to do with main line issues to locate the issue. Boarder charged us over $800 to take our toilet off and snake our main line... no camera no solutions. Then to top it all off the same problem occurred 5 weeks later, same thing same issue and boarder refused to come back as a warranty or offer a

This was my first time using Boarder. Our furnace stopped working and I called Boarder. Shortly after I received an update that a tech was on the way. This update had the techs photo and a contained a little information about his experience. I thought it was a nice touch. Within an hour, Jon Dean arrived and did not waste anytime. He had the problem fixed and our heating flowing again within no time. The entire process was streamlined I was able to get to work on time. Thanks Jon and the entire Boarder team.

Initially had a decent experience with Border Mechanical. They provided us with what we thought was expert advice and repaired our heat pump (HVAC system) in our condo in the summer for around 3500 dollars. However, during this last cold snap around Christmas we were experiencing high energy bills and it appeared that the HVAC system was mainly supplying our condo with cold air. We decided to contact the Border "the experts" to find out if the issue was possibly with the system they repaired in the summer. We were told immediately that they would need to come out to inspect at a cost of 189 dollars

One Saturday night at about 8pm my furnace failed. Trong from border came to my house, got me up and running and even offered to do an inspection on my furnace. Even though it cost a bit more, I was happy to help him for his generosity in accepting my late night weekend call-out and making it worth his time. Great service, will be my HVAC company from now on!!

Justin diagnosed issue quickly and had me back in business overnight. Excellent job, very knowledgeable and gave me some pointers on filters.
