John, Josh and the entire team at Flett Beccario were amazing. They dealt with an extremely tight closing on short notice and made it happen for me. They explained everything thoroughly to us as well. Definitely recommend and will be using again in the future! Thanks John and Josh!

Mark Larose did not inform us of critical information when purchasing our home. Said we were intilted to money back, yet to not only not receive that money, but also now having us owe money back on top of that. He blamed me for not apparently understanding this law that I was some how suppose to be aware of??? This is his job! This is why he was hired - to inform clients of information like this. I would never recommend him again to anyone.

Apparently lawyer I took my 17 year old son to for consultation immediately after his Dad passed and charged me $290 in cash for half hour which was out of my loan money had told his secretary he didn't charge us. He asked for cash paid directly to him with no receipt and dealing with grief I trusted him but talked to secretary today to find this all out!
