I had no heat, of course after-hours and during the holidays :-) I got a call back in under an hour and everything was up and running within a few hours. The technician (sorry can't remember the name) was friendly and happy to answer my questions and explain things to me. But the best part of the story is that I had noticed a smell coming from my neighbours house and informed the technician. He told me from the smell there was definitely something wrong with their furnace. He took some readings from their vent and told me that I should let them know to get the furnace checked. The advisor, Dave, was very thorough in outlining our options for replacement furnace and installation requirements. Besides the furnace, he recommended a new air filter, a curved boot to improve air flow, and replacement for venting to conform to new standards. The pair of installers, Gerry and Steve, who came early the next day, were both very friendly, informative, carefully clean, and encouraged us to phone with additional questions, if any. Someone at the office completed the extended warranty registration for us and mailed it to us on the next business day. All installers are company employees

A big thanks to Oosterveld Heating and Cooling, and all their staff. They just replaced my Gas Furnace, Air Conditioner and Gas Hot Water Tank, very high quality products with amazing Sales [Phil] and install, [Mark and Andrew] the install crew was great and explained everything thru the whole process. Thanks for putting up with all my questions !! Great warranty from Lennox, and the staff at Oosterveld even registered my appliances with the manufacturer for me........

Yes and they where concerned about our safety first and saved us from a potentially dangerous situation and provided us with a brand new system all within a couple hours of the initial visit. They handled everything professionally and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. Quick and friendly service! Discovered our A/C wasn't working on Tuesday evening, called to schedule a service call on Wednesday morning. Had a new furnace installed today. Great service - arrived on time, put down drop cloths to minimize the dirt, explained what they were doing, why they were leaving, when they'd be back, showed me what they had done and what I needed to do for maintenance - friendly and competent. Plus they cleaned up after themselves! Veryiressed!
