Services
Lindsay grew up on a farm in Lambton county, and graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2004. After working for a year in mixed animal practice in the Ottawa Valley, she moved with her husband to the Napanee area in 2005 and has been with our hospital ever since. Lindsay lives on a hobby farm with dogs, cats and horses.
One of the best ways to keep your pet healthy is for them to have an annual physical exam! Your veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination of your pet to listen, look and feel for any subtle changes in their physical health. As animals grow older, they become more susceptible to developing health problems, many of which can be managed through simple changes in diet and lifestyle.
Dental health is a very important part of your pet's overall health, and dental problems can cause, or be caused by, other health problems. Your pet's teeth and gums should be checked at least once a year by your veterinarian to check for early signs of a problem and to keep your pet's mouth healthy.

Get some staff worth paying minimum wage to. service at this vet hospital is pathetic. used to be decent 15 years ago. had to go to another vet to have my 17yr old cat put down because even though he was dieing they said to wait 2 days for appointment, or they said I could go to emergency after hours in Kingston...after taking 20mins to decide whether to even try and give me appointment.

Poor quality veterinarian. Please do not go to this vet the vet wouldn’t not even come to the front the talk in person more than 6 feet apart with mask and glass between us!

I have used this vet since I moved to the area. I used to think the people were friendly and caring which kept me coming back. The last year they have gone down hill drastically. My boy needed a booster appointment for his vaccines and the staff made an appointment for me without even telling me when it was. I realized it was made only because I got an email explaining to me about COVID restrictions. I had to reschedule as there was no way I could make that appointment due to work. The only reason I give one star is due to when I phoned to put my 17 yr old dog down, even when I explained all that was wrong with her and how deeply I needed to be with my fur baby at this time they flatley said NO. I have known a few people who was able to be with their fur baby when they had to put them to rest. This was my vet in the past. I lost respect for them now.

I took my first dog Augie there , I always muzzled him not that he really needed it but for peace of mind for myself and for the safety of the vet and staff. They were always kind and friendly to him and didn’t treat him like a monster. After his second visit for shots I was paying and took his muzzle off because it was over the vet came out and gave him a treat and a pet. They were amazing with him, so amazing that I am still driving a half hour to this vet with my second dog that is currently a puppy and gets car sick! I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. We’ve used Napanee Veterinary for over 25years for our cow/calf operation and can’t recommend them enough. Great people from the front desk to the field, great practices, always advancing their care based on… new evidence based practice and put the animals first. We recently had our beloved Bassett hound Switzer there for an emergency visit and they were absolutely lovely to him and our family. Today I had to rush my dog to the vet as he consumed rat poison.
It’s not a pa day but I had my sons home due to an unsafe situation at their school. My stress levels were already very high.
Lori was fantastic… as always. She jumped right in and started her own daycare while I tried to get ahold of our pest control company, Sammie’s daddy, etc
I had an unsavoury situation here in the summer and Lori was so great in the end, she saved our business. With 3 dogs, 4 cats, all fully vaccinated we frequent the vet often.
