Not happy at all. Over $1200.00 in items stolen from my unlocked car while in the shop getting paint and waiting on a new windshield. keep in mind I've never dealt with an autobody shop in my life so after calling icbc they said take it where u want and here's your claim #. I scheduled an appointment date and time gave my claim # when l dropped my AMG off l figured it would be ready in a day or two l had no clue there was a whole other process of sending pics to icbc and awaiting approval nobody bothered to explain that part to me. This Company is hands down the best in town !!! The front desk ladies are beyond thoughtful!! From the time of my accident until the time of pick up they were so kind and walked me through everything. Every time I called or they did they were always so friendly and cheerful and my car turned out perfect!!! I highly highly highly recommend them!!! I can’t thank them enough

Straight forward and fast replies regarding the A/C repairs on my new (to me) 2017 Tacoma. Quoted $200 cheaper than two other private shops in Kamloops and much, MUCH lower than Sun Country Toyota even though the repair should have been warranty. The issue was a $7 o-ring. I had my truck back in less than 24 hrs!

I have known Scott for a couple of years now and I did not expect this kind of behavior from him. I went to him to get a quote on putting a reflector in the rear bumper of my car. He looked at the bumper and told me to get the part and he will put the reflector in the rear bumper for free.
I bought the part from the dealership and dropped my car at Buzz's. Later in the evening when I went to pick up my car he gave me a bill of $91. He told me that his mechanic has charged me minimum labor per hour and that it is way cheaper than the quote that dealership gave me. I was shocked but, I did not say

I Also cant say enough about Buzz's Auto body either the worst excuse for a body shop i have ever seen next to Fix Auto in salmon arm I put my car in to get fixed and even called to make sure they knew what to check well i got my car back and theres still a dent in the rear quarter panel and the bumper is flopping around on the side the didnt fix with all the internals just floating around busted up theres a mossing bolt in one of the inner fenders because if the bolt is put back in it pushes the bumper out of alignment wow Real nice work

I can't say enough about how great this body shop was. My car was hit-and-run, causing enough damage to the bumper the result was it being fully replaced. From the assessment to when I picked it up (less than 2 days!) later, it was super. I had a beautiful rental vehicle and was shocked when I got into my car to find they fully cleaned the interior as well!
