Had my alternator replaced Friday afternoon they had to replace the belt tensioner as well. When he put the belt back on he was having some problems and thought he got it on correctly. Well now I have a shredded edge of my belt so guess he didn't have it on right after all.
Now he won't fix it unless I pay for the belt. Really?
I can buy and change the belt myself but I shouldnt have to when it wasn't my mistake.

I've taken my car here a few times now and they always get my car in on short notice and they have been so honest, saving me hundreds of dollars. Today I took it in asking to do a repair that I thought was needed. I was called a short time later to be informed that I didn't need that repair. They easily could have just done it and billed me almost $300 today without me being any wiser, but they didn't. That's what I call integrity.

My husband and I have been taking our trucks to this shop for about a year now and we have no complaints. They have always given us great customer service and have been honest with what needs to be fixed on our vehicles when we bring them in. We receive an itemized receipt of the work that has been done and the parts, which is great considering most other shops we have dealt with in the past, just tell you that they fixed the problem and give you a total amount owing. In addition, our vehicles have always been fixed in a timely matter, which we love because it's less time we have to do without
