This was the absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced and really came to us as a surprise. We were charged for an error by the company which should have been covered and fixed on their behalf. Instead, a particular employee decided to raise his voice at us (wonderful customer service indeed!) and told us he didn't need our money while asking us to leave. He did this behind closed doors in the back room when he decided to storm off like a coward. I would never recommend this service to anyone in the KW area, especially with a cheapskate owner such as this one.
