Services
Civilian Screen Printing started in the basement of our student house in 2007, while we were in university. We were printing local band merch and our own clothing brand (ARC) to get our hands dirty and absolutely loved it. We started Civilian because, at that time, we couldn't get the quality we wanted for our own clothing from anyone in the biz, so we established our first brick and mortar store on Duke street that year.
With a new era comes new trends in apparel, and Civilian is pushing the limits of what we can put on garments. We're always on top of new technologies and ideas, making us a top trendsetter in the ever-changing industry. A liquid pre-treatment is applied to allow for the printing of different colours on your garment and to make it washer-safe.
We work with your team to create custom artwork, and select garments suited to your guests. We will co-ordinate arrival and take-down specifics with you well in advance of the event. This can be great for corporate events where we can add a "Sponsored by" type logo on the sleeve or upper back of the shirts prior to the event.
Civilian Screen Printing is your one-stop shop for garment decoration and promotional products. We do it all! While apparel makes up the bulk of our work, we also offer promotional items. Even hard-to-print items, like sunglasses and water bottles, can be pad printed to become the perfect piece for an employee gift or event giveaway.

I was very pleased with the quality of service offered by Civilian Screen Printing. I had a custom T-shirt made with a unique design on short notice. Despite the limitations on my photos, the staff used their expertise to print a shirt that I was very happy with. I received a lot of compliments on the shirt. I highly recommend them 🙂

Incredibly satisfied with the work done. The guys are Civilian were super accommodating and professional. I didn't have much hope that I would be able to get my last minute gift idea completed on time, but Ben was able to help me customize my t-shirt and sweatshirt idea with mocks and orders were placed immediately (they even came a day early)!! My partner was very pleased with his gift and the whole process was so quick and easy. We now have the Civilian Screen Printing Stickers added to our collection of laptop stickers. I interned with them working in graphic design back in high school and it’s helped me a lot with my career. Students looking to go into fashion apparel/design, this is a really great place to learn even though the city is limited in opportunity.
I’m back in the city now as a customer and their service and quality is the best I’ve worked with. I’ve tried a couple different screen printers in Toronto but I’ve always had to watch over their work and make adjustments because it wasn’t like how I presented designs in the file/mockup. I never had this problem at Civilian. They’ve worked

I ordered 22 printed t-shirts from Civilian, with a design on the front and back. The staff was extremely fast to answer my initial questions, provide a quote and process my order. Their response time on e-mail was very appreciated. They provided helpful suggestions for shirt designs, to make sure the shirts turned out as best as possible. They also went out of their way to make sure I received my order on time. The price per shirt was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!

I've dealt with Civilian for the past 3 years now; for work stuff and my own events that I run. Response time is always quick, staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They supply quality apparel and provide suggestions when needed. Their screenprinting is spot on. You can tell they care about the product they're sending out. The first time I ever picked up an order, I was greeted by several staff in a friendly manner and was offered help to carry it all out to my car. I've recommended Civilian to many people since first doing business with them and will continue to do so. BEST in the region
