Our focus is B2B. We do lots of orders for people who reach out to us through word of mouth or find us on the internet. We work collaboratively with large companies to local small businesses, community organizations, individuals, schools, school boards, government institutions, and charities. Most of our client base is based in Southern Ontario, but we do have clients across Canada.

There used to be a time where you were limited to just a single type of engraving, with a diamond tip cutter that engraved into metal or plastic and only limited to engraving text. In today's world with the latest technology in laser engraving and computing we can now engrave on a wider variety of materials with greater precision, speed, and detail beyond text.
Custom embroidery is a process where your design is converted to a special dedicated embroidery file and sewed onto your selected garment using a needle and polyester thread. The process of creating a special dedicated file for the embroidery machines to reproduce the pattern is called Digitizing. This is a process where artwork is converted into digital data by plotting the points of the design.
Screen printing is the process of applying specialty inks to custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other custom apparel. Screen printing is often referred to as silk printing because historically, silk was the material used on the screen before the synthetic mesh screen was created. Your custom design is set up on mesh screens dedicated for each colour required.

They're website is comprehensive and mobile friendly.
I wanted a leather wallet engraved and Jenn made the entire process easy and flawless, yes even during these COVID-19 times!
Very personable and professional. Walked me through the entire process. They send email quotes and examples of what the engravings would look like; a very easy process and very good rates.

So I decided to do a creative project for the past few months, and naturally with my lack of artistic ability I needed some help. I immediately thought of Artals because their slogan is "What don't we do" so what a great opportunity to challenge them!
Some of you know there is a meme that I love that this is based on, but I could not find an actual clock like this! I was able to find a clock that might work well for this and was big enough, and Artals basically did the rest between the painting, the engraving and the picture!

Amazing service working with Jenn who helped me with quite an intricate (and sophisticated design) business card that I needed to print. She was patient and very professional. Because of the nature of the premium card (UV layered and copper foiled), I was concerned about the quality of the final product. It turned out beautiful and absolutely perfect. The price was very competitive too. Highly recommend them. The other staff members were lovely when I went to pick up the cards and they had a big poofy kitty cat that welcomed us with an open purr ;)

Amazing staff, terrific work. The staff is incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable. I needed a knife engraved for a wedding present. It was done faster than expected, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I will be bringing any future engraving or embroidery jobs here.
