Called today to speak to someone in regards to getting information, before i could finish my sentence the receptionist/person who answered the phone just hung up the phone. So thinking it was a mistake or accidental disconnection I redial and this time also like the first call I was rudely cut off.
Now if this is how you treat clients before they can even get/give info on their request you should change your receptionist and review your customer service ethics. Extremely Poor Customer Service !!!!
