I would highly recommend Ostan Engineering.
We had a complicated structural issue with load bearing wall removal and they came and worked with us on a perfect solution to our situation.
They stayed well beyond the time allotted for the job to make sure it was done 100% correctly.
There was a lot of detail put into this job and the end result was extremely well laid out and very professional.

I contracted Ostan Engineering to conduct an inspection to investigate potential structural issues with my house. Obinna was quick to respond to my emails and phone messages, and took the time to discuss and listen to my concerns, and provided me with a quote. Obinna and an engineering intern arrived and conducted the inspection, verbally discussed what they had observed, and then provided a letter outlining their findings and recommendations.
