Tyler was fantastic in responding to my hot water tank pipe leaking. He asked for a couple of pictures of where the leak was coming from and was on site in 45 minutes. He was efficient and so personable while he was fixing the pipe. He was honest about some future work inquiries that I asked if I needed and said to wait until this happens and then make the changes. Will be looking forward to the next time I need some repairs done and Poulin Plumbing will be my first call! Thanks Tyler!

Technician. Me and my wife are first time homeowners And have never had to deal with
furnace Issues in the past. Tyler Was very patient and friendly with questions that I had regarding the service call. He was even kind enough to give me tips and recommendations on how to get the most out of my heating unit so it lasts as long as possible. Overall Tyler made the experience informative and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend his services and definitely will be using him for future repairs thanks again!
