I called for an emergency service on a Sunday morning as my furnace was not working and Josh was here within half an hour. I found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The whole team was very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time explain all the options and did not try to up sell us or rush us into a decision. I felt I could trust them and I felt I was getting the right machine for my house. They did a fantastic job and the whole installation team were gentlemen. They got right to… work, no fooling around. There was no loud noises and no foul language. They arrived on time and when they were done, they made sure there was not a hint they had been here except I had air conditioner and a cooler house.
