Leah's Automotive specializes in servicing European luxury vehicles including BMW, Mercedes, Alfa Romeo, Audi and Porsche. Leah Gillanders is a certified BMW technician, with over 10 years of BMW focused experience. We are also proud to have one of the few Alfa Romeo certified technician's in the country, who has been servicing Alfa Romeos for over 30 years.
Leah was born and raised in North Vancouver, BC. She's always had a passion for motorsports and after years of working in the automotive industry she decided to start a shop of her own. Leah wanted to create a comfortable environment, not only for her staff but for her customers to feel welcome. She didn't want bringing your car into the shop to be a chore but a happy, enjoyable experience.

I went to this location when I decided to upgrade my suspensions system started with struts and shock.
I have all the parts prepared before visiting so it's critical that I get to talk to the mechanic on what do I need to do for the work. Leah was super helpful in explaining the steps. She has a visual ideas what my suspensions looks like the moment I mentioned the chasis model.
The entire process take five days to complete and it comes with complimentary wheel alignments at another location.
I went back twice later last year. one time for the fuel pump and fuel filter replacement. The second

I really, really wanted to like this shop since it's female-owned. I dropped my car off at the shop 5 months ago and they said all 4 brakes needed to be replaced, but the rear ones most urgently. I agreed to do the rear brakes, but wasn't given a quote or explanation of parts & service. Was surprised when I picked up the bill that they had not only replaced the brakes, but the rotors as well and the bill was $800 for oil change and rear brakes. This is not standard and should have been explained to me (if there was damage to the rotors).

When I found out about Leahs I drove all the way in from Tsawwassen. This was by far worth the drive! The team over at Leah’s were all so friendly and professional. I have been dealing with an issue with my m3 intermittently going into limp mode , I had taken it to 3 other shops and no one was able to find the issue. They figured it out , and my car has not driven this good since I’ve had it. Thank you guys so much. I’ll be back hopefully just for a service next time

Fantastic auto service and repair facility. Leah and her staff are amazing! They are helpful, friendly, professional and always make sure they explain carefully the problems with your vehicle and the best way to deal with them. They get superb deals on parts, do the work quickly and get your vehicle back as soon as possible. They always go 'above and beyond ' for their customers and as a female truck owner I love going to a female Red Seal mechanic whom I trust to keep my vehicle safe. I received stellar service, and the work was done on time and as promised.
Leah and Crystal were very easy to work with. Professionalism, knowledge, friendly and accommodating is what I experienced.

We had our BMW towed in to Leah's as we had non start issues and previous poor performance and rough idling. This was our first experience dealing with Leah and her garage. Reading her very good reviews we decided to take a chance. As it turned out it was a great decision. She fixed all the issues we had with our car. She explained everything that was done and gave us a comprehensive bill. The vehicle is running better than ever with no warning lights. What a great team. This was my first time using the shop for my BMW X6. They truly exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable and quick in figuring out what needed to be done and fixed it at a fraction of the cost compared to the local dealership.
